Sales Support Representative

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to fill our Sales Support Representative position!

Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:

• Identify promotional sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
• Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner
• Market and sell products or services
• Meet with potential new leads as well as existing customers
• Mentorship of the existing team and potential new Sales Support Representatives
• Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge
• Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts
• Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned Senior Sales Support Representative
• For local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned
• Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly

Sales Support Representative ​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, customer engagement, sales, market research or other related fields
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a transferrable major is preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
